Citing security concerns, Russian authorities restrict entry to border areas of Belgorod Oblast

Belgorod Oblast Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that enhanced security measures would be instituted in the areas in question, including the suspension of public transport and the creation of military checkpoints.
