Issued by Ukrposhta postal service, a postage stamp depicting a soldier’s obscene reaction to Russia’s Black Sea flagship Moskva, was sold on the ProZorro public procurement system. The ship was sunk by Ukraine’s Neptune missiles on April 14. The collected money will be donated to Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
According to the statement, the communications center, responsible for coordinating operations of Russia's Black Sea Fleet units, was located at the site of the 184th Research and Testing Facility.
The number includes 880 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.
