Official: Explosions heard in Kirovohrad Oblast

The Swedish Coast Guard on May 3 detained a tanker in the Baltic Sea believed to be part of Russia's shadow fleet, the fifth such intervention in recent months.

A Russian hacker linked to attacks on oil and gas infrastructure in the United States and Ukraine has agreed to plead guilty in a U.S. federal case that could bring up to 27 years in prison.

Relatives of allegedly trafficked individuals reported that their loved ones received misleading job offers along with promises of financial rewards. But once in Russia, they were forced into combat operations.
