Mykolaiv Oblast Governor Vitaliy Kim said on Sept. 15 that the earlier reports that the village of Kysylivka in the neighboring southern Kherson Oblast were false. Kim said that fighting over the village continues amid Ukraine's counteroffensive in the south.
