Intercepted call shows Russian officer ordering murder of civilians.

In the intercepted conversation, Russian officer Anton Struev orders a subordinate to kill civilians in Brovary District, Kyiv Oblast, in March, according to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). The service said that he is an intelligence officer at Russia's 15th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade.
