Finland limits visas to Russians

According to Finnish Foreign Minister Pekka Haavisto, Finland will cut the number of visas issued to Russians to 10% of the current amount starting Sept. 1, Reuters reported. Haavisto said Russians were using Finland and its Helsinki-Vantaa airport to access other European holiday destinations.
