On May 19, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said that their lawyers are “working intensively” on finding possible ways to use the frozen assets of Russian oligarchs to further rebuild Ukraine. “I think Russia should also make its contribution,” she told ZDF television, as quoted by Reuters.
