Update: Death toll of Russian missile attack on Kremenchuk shopping mall rises to 16.

Serhii Kruk, who heads Ukraine's State Emergency Service, reported on June 28 that 16 people were killed and 59 injured as a result of Russian missile attack on Kremenchuk shopping mall. The rescue operation continues.
