Russians launch missile strike on Kramatorsk, no casualties reported.

At least eight residential buildings, educational and infrastructural facilities were damaged as a result of the attack on April 18, according to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko. On April 8, Russians hit the crowded railway station in Kramatorsk, killing at least 52 people.
