Russian media: Russian proxy killed by explosion in occupied Luhansk.

Russian state-controlled RIA Novosti news agency reported that Sergey Gorenko, a Russian-installed proxy in charge of prosecution, was killed by an explosion in his office in Luhansk on Sept. 16. Kyiv hasn't yet commented.
