Prosecutor General's Office: 26,000 war crime cases under investigation.

Yuriy Bilousov, head of the war crimes department of the Prosecutor General's office, told Reuters that 135 people are accused of committing war crimes in Ukraine. Among them, 15 people are in custody and 120 remain at large.
