Polish President Andrzej Duda considers Russian actions in Ukraine to be genocide.

In an interview with CNN, President Duda said that it is “hard to deny” that Russian actions in Bucha constitute genocide. Duda also called for the West to strengthen sanctions and offer Russia an ultimatum saying, “unless you meet these conditions, we have don't have anything to talk about.”
