Official: Russian shelling injures civilian in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

The sports court's ruling means that Russia will be able to participate in a sweep of forthcoming ice hockey tournaments in Canada, Czechia, the U.S., and Germany.

The explosion occurred shortly before 9 a.m. in the plant's gunpowder-burning area, a restricted site where no one is normally supposed to be present, Granada's local police said, according to ABC.

President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees on Oct. 30 imposing sanctions on 10 companies and 19 Russian citizens involved in developing the Rassvet satellite system, as well as 39 vessels in Russia's shadow fleet, according to a statement on the Presidential Office's website.

"This is not just our personal story. This is the story of a country and a society that are being crushed in exactly the same way," the Novaya Gazeta staff wrote.

Russia deliberately targeted a "civilian enterprise" where people were working at the time of the strike, Hryhorov said, without specifying the facility's location or the business it housed.

"Everyone who wishes to leave Oleshky will be given the opportunity to leave safely. At the same time, those who have decided to stay can stay and will receive all the necessary humanitarian support," Ukraine's Human Rights Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets said.

Euroclear is facing "multiple proceedings in Russian courts," including a case launched by the Russian Central Bank that seeks to challenge the immobilization of its assets.

Beyond strikes on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Russia launched ballistic missiles, four guided aerial missiles, and 113 Shahed-type drones, including 83 jet-powered drones, against Ukraine overnight on Oct. 30, according to Ukraine's Air Force.

"In developing drones and counter-drone systems, Europe has one significant advantage: our partnership with Ukraine," said European Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis.

Despite the air raid alert and announcements of a heightened threat, people remained on the platform, Ukrainian railways added.

The number includes 1,590 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.

The reported attack is being called a ‘resumption of strikes’ on various monitoring channels, being the first after an unofficial pause on Ukraine’s campaign against oil refineries that began in mid-October.

The plant has repeatedly faced threats to nuclear safety, including drone attacks, disruptions to external power supplies, and incidents affecting plant workers.
