Mayor: Recent Russian shelling of Kharkiv kills 1, injures 17

According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, Russian troops again shelled public transport stops in Kharkiv. The July 21 morning attack killed at least one civilian and injured 17, with one of them in critical condition, the official said. A day before, Russians also attacked a bus stop in Kharkiv, killing a 13-year-old.
