Overnight on July 29, Russian troops shelled a residential neighborhood in Nikopol with Grad multiple rocket launchers, damaging six houses and a power line, leaving several thousands of locals without electricity, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported.
