EU introduces free roaming for Ukrainian refugees.

24 EU-based mobile operators and three Ukrainian operators have already joined the initiative to help Ukrainians displaced throughout Europe to “stay in touch with family and friends back home.” As of April 8, more than 4.2 million have left Ukraine. In total, EU telecom operators have already distributed about a million such SIM-cards.
