Defense Ministry: Number of Russian casualties hasn't changed for days due to slower offensive.

The official data showing over 12,000 Russian troops killed hasn't changed since March 8 because of decreased confrontation on the ground, according to Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar. She added that collecting exact numbers is difficult and is "not the main priority."
