German daily Bild reported, citing a security source, that the German cabinet's security council was discussing the possibility of sending the systems made by privately held German weapons maker Diehl Defense to Ukraine in November.
The drone, whose model was not disclosed, flew over several sensitive sites, including government buildings and the presidential residence, on the evening of Sept. 15.
