Ukrainian authorities seize collaborator's assets worth $4 million.

President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Washington on Oct. 16 ahead of talks with U.S. President Donald Trump scheduled for the following day.

Another Ukrainian military training ground was hit by a Russian missile strike on Oct. 16, wounding troops.
