Nine days after the beginning of its full-scale war against Ukraine, Russia has begun transferring troops from its Southern and Eastern Military Districts to replenish its ranks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The threat posed by Russia and possible provocations against NATO must be taken seriously, and that is precisely what the allies are doing," Estonia's Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna told the Kyiv Independent. "We must remain vigilant, but Estonia's threat assessment has not changed."
Kyiv has been vocal in recent weeks about the threat of another wave of Russian mobilization.
The victim has not been named. His wife, reportedly also in the vehicle at the time of the incident, was critically injured.
Transcripts included in the prosecutors' motions in the case explicitly state that Zelensky's Chief of Staff Kyrylo Budanov took part in the conversations, Hromadske reported.
