Podolyak: Ukraine ready to negotiate with next Russian president

Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar rejected the construction of Ukrainian oil storage facilities on Hungarian territory, chastising Mol for allegedly negotiating with the Ukrainian side without consulting the government.
