According to Russia's Bryansk Oblast Governor Alexandr Bogomaz, several houses were damaged and four people injured in the village of Zaimische, Klintsy city district. Local media outlets reported explosions near a military base. Klintsy is roughly 50 kilometers away from Russia’s border with Ukraine.
