UN: 10,403 civilian casualties in Ukraine as a result of Russia's war

Two law enforcement officers were reported injured in two explosions at a residential building in Bucha early on March 23, which police have described as a "terrorist attack."

The number includes 970 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.
