Shmyhal: Mariupol besieged but not fallen.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said on April 17 in an interview with ABC the besieged city of Mariupol has not yet fallen despite Russian demands that Ukrainians surrender. Shmyhal said that Ukrainian forces will "fight till the end."
