Ukraine’s Culture Ministry has recorded 464 Russian crimes against Ukrainian cultural heritage sites across 15 oblasts. The Russian forces have damaged or ruined 139 cultural heritage objects. The highest number of destroyed or damaged sites have been recorded in Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Kyiv oblasts.
