Russia attacks Ukraine with ballistic missiles, targeting Kyiv on freezing night amid energy crisis.
At least one person in Kyiv has been injured, local authorities reported. Ukraine's Air Force has warned that Russian ballistic missiles are targeting multiple regions, including the capital.

"We will find every Russian murderer," President Volodymyr Zelensky said after announcing the arrest. The Russian soldier allegedly shot nine Ukrainian POWs in Kursk Oblast in October 2024.
