Update: Russian media report casualties following explosions in occupied Kherson.

Russia’s state-controlled TASS news agency reported that one person died and one was injured as a result of the explosions in temporarily occupied Kherson on Sept. 16. According to TASS, it was a missile strike launched by Ukraine's Armed Forces when Russian proxies had their morning meeting in one of the administrative buildings in Kherson. Kyiv hasn’t yet commented.
