Antony Blinken arrives in Berlin to meet with NATO.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on Twitter on May 14 that he had arrived in Berlin where he will "informally meet with NATO foreign ministers to discuss our alliance and sustained action to address Russia’s unprovoked aggression against Ukraine."
