Death toll of Russian attack of Kirovohrad Oblast reaches 3, another 16 injured

On the morning of July 23, Russia launched eight Kalibr cruise missiles and five Kh-22 anti-ship missiles at Kirovohrad Oblast, according to Kirovohrad Oblast Governor Andriy Raikovych. The attack hit the Kanarove military airfield and a facility of Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine’s state railway operator.
