Blinken: US intelligence sees no evidence of Russia pulling back troops.

The U.S. intelligence hasn’t seen neither pullback nor withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukrainian borders, although they are watching the situation “very carefully,”  the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during the interview with the Ukrainian ICTV TV channel on Feb. 15.
