Governor: Russian shelling of Sumy Oblast kills 2 civilians, injures 8.

Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi reports that one person was killed and three injured as a result of Russia's shelling of Krasnopillia community. In two other settlements one person was killed and five injured, according to the governor.
