Ukraine wants to close Russia's skies and has a plan to do it. The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is Europe's largest nuclear plant with six reactors generating 5,700 megawatts capacity, located in Enerhodar in Zaporizhzhia Oblast in Ukraine’s south.
