Russian forces bribe residents to collect personal data in occupied territories

According to the Center of National Resistance, created by the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian military, Russian occupiers are creating a food crisis by controlling the prices for essential goods and then issuing one-time payments of 10,000 rubles ($154) in exchange for a Russian passport.
