Kharkiv authorities urge residents not to leave bomb shelters all day on May 1.

Due to the heavy Russian shelling of Saltivka, a residential neighborhood in the northeast of Kharkiv, residents of the northern and eastern districts are asked not to leave bomb shelters on May 1, even when air raid sirens are off.
