Amnesty International: Russia conducts ‘indiscriminate attacks’ on Kharkiv.

A report published by the NGO on June 13 details the use of missiles and widely banned cluster munitions by Russia in Kharkiv, resulting in mass destruction and civilian death. The report stated that it is critical that “all perpetrators are brought to justice.”
