Donetsk Oblast governor: 'Too early to tell if Russia used chemical weapons in Mariupol.'

According to the Head of Donetsk Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko, three people were injured on April 11 in Mariupol “as a result of an explosion of an unknown substance” that Russian forces distributed by a drone. “It is too early to say what substance it was and whether it can be classified as a chemical attack,” Kyrylenko says.
