Governor: Russia launches 6 missiles on Mykolaiv

According to Mykolaiv Oblast Governor Vitaly Kim, Russia hit the city of Mykolaiv with six missiles launched from S-300 long-range surface-to-air missile systems at around 4:20 a.m. on July 23. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at a local warehouse. No casualties have been reported.
