Finance Minister: Ukraine urgently needs new IMF loan program

Ukrainian Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko told Bloomberg Radio that as Russia's war stretches Ukraine's finances to the limit, the country needs more foreign aid but that discussions on a new assistance package from the International Monetary Fund are ongoing. Ukraine has so far received $1.4 billion in emergency financing from the IMF this year.
