Luhansk Oblast governor: Evacuation continues despite constant shelling, heavy fighting.

Governor Serhiy Haidai said that evacuating residents from Kreminna, a town recently seized by Russia, is now impossible, efforts continue to help people from other settlements to flee the war. The official added that up to 70,000 civilians still remain in Luhansk Oblast, where Russia has began a major offensive.
