Half of Irpin destroyed, says mayor.

Mayor of Irpin Oleksander Markushyn said in a televised broadcast on March 29 that “50% of the city and its critical infrastructure has been destroyed and the rubble has not been cleared yet.” Irpin was liberated from Russian control by Ukrainian forces on March 28, but remains disconnected from electricity and water due to shelling by Russian forces.
