France sends a team of forensics police officers to Ukraine to assist in war crime investigations.

The team will begin its work on April 12 in the Kyiv Oblast, where multiple counts of Russian war crimes were reported. France is the first country to send international forensics on the ground, French ambassador Etienne de Poncins said on April 11.
