Belarus preparing additional restrictions on exit of citizens

A draft law has been registered in Belarus' parliament proposing to give the country’s KGB the ability to limit citizens' right to leave the country for a period of up to six months if it “contradicts the interests of national security," Belarusian news outlet Reformation reports.
