Russian mine kills one civilian, injures another one in Odesa Oblast

According to Natalia Humeniuk, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian military in the south, the mine exploded in the Black Sea near the resort town of Karolino-Buhaz, 60 kilometers southwest of Odesa. Visiting beaches is banned in the area.
