Reuters: EU to tighten sanctions on Russia's Rosneft, Transneft, Gazprom Neft. A source told Reuters that the sanctions would freeze EU funding in new Russian production and exploration projects in all fossil fuels. However, the sanctions do not include a ban on oil and gas imports.
Russia launched 131 drones at Ukraine overnight, the Air Force said. Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 106 drones. At least 22 drones made it through, striking 15 locations.
