Japan lifts Russia's 'most favored nation' trade status due to invasion of Ukraine.

On April 20, the Japanese parliament officially lifted the status in response to Russian atrocities against civilians in Ukraine. Now Japan will be able to impose higher duties on most goods imported from Russia, except for crude oil, liquefied natural gas and palladium.
