Germany has 'general willingness' to give security guarantees to Ukraine, doesn't mention military assistance.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz told President Volodymyr Zelensky that Berlin was ready to act as a guarantor of Ukraine's security, said government spokesperson Steffen Hebestreit, however he did not specify would the guarantees include military assistance.

At around 9 a.m., a Russian FPV drone, guided by a Russian operator, deliberately struck a passenger bus in central Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killing three people and injuring 16 others.
