A third of Kharkiv residents fled city.

Over 30% of Kharkiv resident have now left the city, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov. "But lately we have seen men, who evacuated their families, are returning," said Terekhov. "Even some families are returning, because they do not want to live elsewhere," he added.
