Local media report explosions in Russian-occupied Transnistria.

Several explosions took place in an "administrative" building in Transnistria on April 25, Russian-controlled media Perviy Pridnestrovskiy reported. Russia said on April 22 that it planned to seize southern Ukraine, opening a route to Transnistria, a Russian-occupied territory in Moldova.
