Russia's Black Sea Fleet has been pushed back more than 100 kilometers from Ukrainian shores, according to the Ukrainian Navy. About 30 Russian ships and submarines continue to blockade Ukrainian ports, while up to 12 landing ships still threaten the Ukrainian coast.
