UK Defense Ministry: Russia likely wants to resume offensive on Kyiv.

Ukrainian drones targeted a Moscow Oblast steel fabrication plant, and a blackout was reported in occupied Crimea amid overnight strikes on July 28, according to monitoring channels.

HUR called the attack a "war crime" in their report, which identifies the Russian unit that launched the video-equipped, rocket-powered drone at a busy civilian target in broad daylight.

The Wroclaw attack comes amid a surge in violence against Ukrainians in Poland in recent months, fueled by a crisis in diplomatic relations between the neighboring countries.

The event took place on July 24 just outside Kyiv and was being attended by members of the Ukrainian defense industry when it was hit.

The stretch of road, part of the pan-European E40 highway, is also one of the two main logistics routes from Kyiv to front-line areas in eastern Ukraine.

The attack also included strikes on oil facilities in Russia's Udmurtia Republic and Yaroslavl Oblast.
